Booking and Reservations
All fishing services provided by Sunrise Fishing Adventures require advance scheduling. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once communication with the guide has been completed and the trip details have been agreed upon. Clients are encouraged to book early, especially during peak fishing seasons, to secure preferred dates and times.
Sunrise Fishing Adventures reserves the right to adjust scheduling when necessary due to weather conditions, lake access limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or quality of the experience.
Payments and Pricing
Prices for fishing services may vary depending on factors such as group size, location, duration, and seasonal conditions. Clients will be informed of the final pricing before confirming a booking. Payment arrangements and accepted payment methods will be communicated directly during the booking process.
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice; however, once a reservation is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will be honored for that specific booking.
Client Responsibilities
Clients participating in fishing activities are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide. Participants should behave responsibly, respect the natural environment, and comply with all applicable fishing regulations and local laws.
Guests are responsible for bringing any personal items they may need during the outing, including weather-appropriate clothing, personal licenses if required, and any optional equipment they prefer to use.
Fishing Licenses and Regulations
Participants are responsible for obtaining any required fishing licenses or permits in accordance with Utah state regulations. Sunrise Fishing Adventures may provide general guidance on licensing requirements, but it remains the responsibility of each guest to ensure that all legal requirements are met before participating in fishing activities.
Failure to comply with local fishing laws or licensing rules may result in restrictions from participating in the activity.
Safety and Liability
Safety is a priority during all fishing activities. Clients must follow all instructions provided by the guide to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved. By participating in fishing activities, clients acknowledge that outdoor activities may involve certain inherent risks including weather conditions, water hazards, and equipment use.
Sunrise Fishing Adventures is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Weather conditions and other unforeseen events may occasionally require trips to be rescheduled for safety reasons. In such situations, Sunrise Fishing Adventures will work with clients to arrange an alternative date whenever possible.
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a booking are encouraged to notify the company as early as possible so that adjustments can be made accordingly.
